THE BEGINNING

The WASW is starting out with 200 Women, first they hired some of the best athletes in Womens Wrestling, they agreed with 31 woman in that point, they gave them very locative contracts with Big Time Money for staying in the Top, they then hunted down some of the Mid-Card Wrestlers, some were veterans, others were 25 or less, they were considered Future Stars in the company, they hired 46  of them, they still have 123 go, they then went to the next level wrestlers, most of them have had their time, mostly wrestling in the Lower Card in some of the Bigger Federations, others main evented smaller feds and even held titles, 43 in there, 80 more to go.  At that point they looked at every smaller federation all over the world, found tape where they could, and eventually started to discuss the final 80 spots, they went over a good 500 or so candidates over and over again before finding there 200.

One of the wrestlers contacted early was Shantelle Vandiver from Los Angeles, she was a top notch wrestler and was considered one of the best wrestlers out there, but she suddenly retired because of nagging Knee Injuries, she is in her late 20's, Blonde Hair, Green Eyes, about 5'9, 150 pounds, all muscle, but in a Beautiful Way, she is always well dressed in Business Suits, or a nice dress, she turned down the offer, but was offered a position on announcer and also a Management Position that she quickly took.
She tries to keep neutral as an announcer, but would sometimes speak out against illegal tactics or if she thinks a wrestler has gone too far.

Next was her announcing partner, they decided on Bud Levine, he is from Boston, completely different from Shantelle,  he is about 50, Balding Dark Brown Hair, Brown Eyes, 6 foot, about 220 pounds, he would wear a cheap suit, kind of reminds you of a Car Salesman.  But believe it or not the guy knows what he is doing, he has been in the business for 20 Plus Years.

After that, the committee called an Old Friend named Daffney, she was forced to retire because of numerous injures, they asked her to be a Ring Announcer, which she quickly said OK to.  Finally they called up another old friend, Amber Gartner and offered her a job as an Interviewer, she agreed in no time.  They then decided on the rules, the same as the others, but then came up with an unique format, 20-Minute Matches, multi Pinfall or Submission and a scoring system
