GF vs Best Friend by Wrestling Couple

I moved away for college but always kept in touch with my friends from home, one of whom was a girl named Britney. She has always really been into keeping in shape and very competitive with the other girls we knew, her preferred method of staying fit was Tae-Boe and other exercise videos, with the occasional brief periods where she focused more on lifting weights or running. Britney is about 5’7 with black hair and pale skin, when we were in high school she weighed about 135 pds and had a curvy figure with a butt like Jlo’s and B cup breasts. Over the years at college she put on about 20 pds - some of it in muscle and some of it in her breasts that are now a solid C cup.

For the last couple years at college I had been dating the same girl, Sarah. The first time Britney met her on a trip home her first comment was that they had identical body types, and there is certainly some truth to that. When I met Sarah she had a very similar figure to the one Britney has now but with slightly larger breasts, she stands about 5’6” and weighs 150 pds with red hair, she also shares the large butt that Britney was famous for in high school. After having dated for a brief time I told Sarah how much I would enjoy it if she worked out and tried lifting weights, she was responsive and for the past 4 years has been lifting fairly consistently. I had also told Sarah that I would love to see her take on other girls so during college she had arm wrestled her friends at the campus bar with more and more success as she continued to lift weights. During Britney’s periods when she was into lifting she had been very confident in her strength and constantly bragging about how much she could lift compared to the other girls she saw at the gym.
This past weekend Britney came down to visit me and after a long night of drinking I managed to see exactly how close the two are physically!

We were out grabbing some dinner and a few drinks, near the end of the meal I commented that Britney would need an extra Tae-Boe session following the large meal we had, she agreed with me and said she had been really good about doing it consistently and she was almost back to the shape she had been in during high school. Sensing an opportunity I asked her if she was also as strong as she had been when she had been lifting regularly during college. She replied that she was almost there and to prove it flexed her sleeveless right arm. Her bicep was fairly small but surprisingly cut, my impressed reaction clearly had an effect on my gf Sarah as she immediately asked Britney about her lifting and mentioned that she quite enjoyed lifting weights as well. At this point Britney commented that not many girls had biceps like hers, which caused Sarah to flex her own sleeveless arm for Britney and I to check out. Sarahs arm was noticeably larger than Britneys, with more muscle but slightly less definition overall. From past experience I know that Sarah’s arm is 11.5 inches unflexed and 12.5 flexed, my guess would be that Britney measures about 11.25 unflexed and 12 flexed. Britney was not impressed with my gf’s flex and mentioned that she was happy with her arms since they were not too big but still very strong. This got my gf very defensive, especially considering that she knew how much I enjoyed her working out and competing with other girls. I jokingly suggested that the two of them would have to arm wrestle to settle who had the best arms, and to my surprise they both accepted on the spot!

We cleared out the center of the table and both girls got their position for a right-handed match, it was clear that Britney had not arm wrestled much before but she was up for the challenge. They set their grips and once they both said they were ready I started the match. To my surprise although they both were struggling full out they were dead even, which seemed to only encourage Britney that she could take Sarah. Britney put on a burst of energy and started to slowly move my gfs arm down, as both girls leaned in and strained their low cut shirts allowed for an easy comparison of their chests in addition to the show being put on by their straining biceps. Sarah looked distraught that she was losing but quickly halted Britney’s advance and brought them back to a stalemate. After another 20 seconds or so of struggling Britney’s biceps began to tire and my gfs larger, more muscular arm slowly powered Britney’s smaller but slightly more cut arm down for the victory. Britney was clearly upset at having lost but quickly challenged my gf to a left handed re-match, which proved to be a mistake as Sarah had an easier time with her in the rematch and dominated with a victory in only 10 seconds. Both girls hate to lose so Britney could not let such a loss go without trying to regain her pride. She suggested that just because Sarah had stronger arms didn’t mean she was in better shape or buffer overall, I interrupted and calmed them both down but I could tell that there would have to be something to resolve the whole issue later that night.
When we got back to my apt after a night of heavy drinking we turned on the tv and the three of us were hanging out in my living room having a nightcap when Britney, clearly upset about her earlier loss, asked Sarah about her workout routine. Sarah mentioned that she mostly just used the eliptical machine for a half hour before lifting for another half hour, 4 or 5 days a week. Britney was clearly not impressed and said that she was more into her hour long Tae-boe tapes along with total body conditioning classes at her gym, 6 days a week. She then said that she was more concerned with keeping her lower body toned and that all the Tae-boe was what kept her legs and butt rock hard. Sarah seemed content to let her brag, happy with her earlier victory, but then Britney crossed the line by flexing her thigh for me and suggesting that I see just how effective all the Tae-boe had been! I complied, but looking over at Sarah realized that maybe it had been a bad idea as she was clearly pissed off at both Britney and I. Both girls were wearing tight, low riding jeans that really accentuated both their bubble butts and hard legs so Sarah had a right to be upset as I couldn’t help but be impressed with the muscle that jumped out of Britney’s rock hard legs. Sarah, sitting on the other side of me, flexed in response, clearly threatened now that Britney had gotten me involved. I felt Sarah’s leg and was equally impressed, Britney then pushed me to judge who had the better legs but fearing to piss off either I said they both had great legs and butts and that’s all that mattered!
Sarah was at this point fed up with Britney’s showing off and told her that her legs were clearly better, just like she had proven her arms to be earlier when they arm-wrestled. Britney said there was no way Sarah was in better shape than her she just had bigger arms but she had more definition and was clearly fitter. Sarah then dared her to prove it, and both girls turned to me to make a decision. I suggested that the only way they could prove who was in better shape was for them to wrestle, never dreaming that they would so readily take up that challenge! To my surprise Britney jumped all over the chance to take Sarah on, then to my even greater surprise Sarah accepted the challenge. Since I was the only other person there it was decided that I would set the rules and referee to keep things fair. Not wanting this to get out of hand I decided the two of them would wrestle on an area of my living room floor that I quickly cleared off, starting on their knees and wrestling until one of them gave up to the other, no hitting, slapping or hair-pulling allowed just a contest to see who had the buffer body. Both girls agreed and stood up to face each other across the cleared out area. Taking a look at both of them in their tight jeans and low cut tank tops it was easy to extend the arm comparison from earlier to their entire bodies – Britney had a slight height advantage and appeared to be maybe 5 pds heavier than Sarah, their chests were very similar in size but it appeared that Sarah’s were perkier where Brookes sagged more but were overall very close in size. Both girls had large butts that were rock hard and muscular, I noticed that both Britney’s legs and butt were slightly thicker than Sarah’s which surprised me considering Sarah spent a good amount of her time lifting doing leg exercises, I guess Britney’s Tae-boe really made a difference! I know Sarah’s measurements to be 34C-28-40, from my vantage point it looked like Brooke probably measured in at a 34C-29-42
When I started the girls off they both hesitated, Sarah had wrestled with me before and I had taught her some basic moves like the headlock, bearhug, leg scissors and the grapevine pin but she was hardly a pro, while Brooke had no experience to my knowledge so both girls were very cautious. Finally after 30 seconds of back and forth pushing, Britney made her move by attempting to grab Sarah around the head and get her in a headlock. Her aggressiveness paid off as she secured Sarah in a headlock and dragged her down to the floor, falling on top of Sarah and maintaining the headlock, giving me a great view of Britney’s large breasts pressed against Sarah’s face.
Sarah looked panicked by the quick turn the fight had taken, but Britney appeared to be unsure how to press her advantage so she simply pressed down on top of Sarah and tried to smother her with her ample breasts. Sarah clearly did not appreciate this tactic but for the moment was helpless to do anything about it as she kicked her legs out and tried to bridge to get the larger Britney off of her.
Sarah’s futile attempts encouraged Britney who let go of her headlock and attempted to secure a full pin on Sarah by securing her arms above her head and mounting her to press down with the length of her body, but as she let up and attempted to switch positions Sarah managed to get her legs up and around Britney’s waist, although Britney still had Sarah’s arms pressed down she no longer as able to pin her down with her full body weight. I saw that the tide might soon be turning as Brittney was completely oblivious to the danger Sarah’s legs posed to her as Sarah was currently only using them to keep Britney’s weight off of her chest for the time being. My shouted reminder to Sarah that she should use her legs made her realize the advantage she could have and with a smile on her face she quickly locker her ankles behind Britney’s waist and began to squeeze her thighs tight.
The pain and shock on Britney’s face was evident as she immediately released Sarahs hands and tried to pry apart the rock hard thighs which were now squeezing the life out of her, but her attempts were useless as Sarah only doubled her pressure and continued to wear down Britney. Britney quickly lost her balance and fell over on her side, Sarah then seized a further advantage and was able to return the earlier favor from Britney by grabbing Britney around the back on the head and drawing her head into her large, firm breasts while Britney continued to pry at her legs. This added factor pushed Britney to panic as she struggled for breath while being bear-hugged tightly to Sarah’s chest, Sarah’s powerful biceps were flexed and pumped as she secured Britney’s head to her chest and her thighs stood out through her jeans as she continued to wear down Britney’s Tae-boe trained abs with her powerful thighs. For the first time it appeared the match might be coming to an end as Britney was clearly struggling and seemed helpless in Sarah’s iron grip, Sarah was clearly enjoying her dominant position and started to taunt Britney, telling her that all that Tae-boe meant nothing when it was matched up against the muscle she had and that if she ever flexed for me again she would teach her a lesson just like this one!
Britney was infuriated by this humiliation and bucked violently in a last gasp effort to free herself, for the first time she managed to loosen Sarah’s hold and actually rolled free of her and onto her back. Despite being surprised Sarah sensed weakness and quickly pounced on top of Britney, pinning her arms above her head and quickly grapevining her legs around Britneys and completely immobilizing her to the floor. Their arm muscles stood out as Britney struggled to free herself but Sarah’s larger, more powerful arms continued to dominate the smaller ones of Britney, and her legs soon asserted the same dominance as she made it clear that Britney might have the larger butt and thighs but she was the one with the buffer lower body as she stretched Britneys legs to the breaking point and made her cry out in pain, finally screaming out that she gave! Sarah squeezed one last time before getting off of Britney, taking a look at me then heading for our bedroom without saying a word. I quickly helped Britney up and wished her a goodnight before rushing down the hall the join my victories gf!
