A Picnic Featuring Crabs

Teresa and Janet, both single moms in their 30s, attended my company picnic recently in Rock Springs, Wyoming with their kids. Janet has a daughter about five years old and Teresa has a son the same age. Teresa was my date and looks like Dolly Parton before her diet with that 40DD-29-39 figure -- only she is a brunette with green eyes, is 5-2 and weighs about 145 lbs. Janet, a beautiful Hispanic part-time model, was my co-worker and she looks like Rachel McLish, only not nearly so buffed, and weighs about 125 lbs., standing at 5-3.

The usual picnic games had already occurred, such as the sack races, egg runs, water balloon tosses, volleyball games, etc. But being on the picnic planning committee, I conveniently put myself in a place where I was able to get men's and ladies armwrestling as well as leg wrestling on the agenda and phenagled the matchups so that my Teresa would go up against Janet in both events.

I was really excited that I would see Teresa take on Janet in two strength tests in a public place and in a setting that was socially acceptable where everyone else saw it as just "good clean fun."

Teresa knew that these kind of woman vs. woman strength tests excited me so she knew exactly what I was doing when I announced she and Janet would arm wrestle each other. But she simply smiled and willingly went up against Janet, losing in just a few seconds after holding Janet's arm  steady for a few moments before her arm caved in to Janet's superior forearm strength.

The same thing happened in leg wrestling -- I announced Teresa against Janet and Teresa just smiled, put her hands on her hips, and then smiled widely as she pointed at me and wagged her right finger, letting me know that she knew I was manipulating her into a situation I would enjoy watching her in. But again, ever the trooper, she laid down opposite Janet and willingly leg wrestled her. It was really exciting to watch the two women's legs, bare because they were wearing shorts, smack together at the calves and then lock ankles in an attempt to force each other over by flipping their opponent. And once again, Janet was the victor as she flipped Teresa.

Teresa had always portrayed herself as a feminine, yet tough and strong, streetfighter type who had fought lots of other girls and beaten them easily. She had always said how strong she was for a woman -- though she did admit to me that she was weak in the forearms and thus wasn't all that great an arm wrestler. Thus, her loss to Janet in armwrestling was not all that great of a shock -- even though Teresa did tell me she had won about 50% of her arm wrestling matches. But the leg wrestling was a surprise somewhat as Teresa had told me she never lost a leg wrestling match to another girl or woman.

After a kids game, the two women's children began to argue and push each other. Their tempers flared and David, Teresa's son, began saying, "Oh yeah? My mom could beat up your mom!" just like kids usually said about their fathers. Janet's daughter retorted, "Uh-Uh! My mom could beat yours easy! You saw how easy my mom beat your mom in arm wrestling and Indian leg wrestling!"

Janet and Teresa both heard the two arguing and told them to stop. David told his mother, "Mom, she said her mom could beat you up!" Janet's daughter, Laura, said, "I know my mom could beat yours up!"

Janet smiled at the kid talk and said, "Just stop arguing and stop fighting." Teresa then said to Janet, "You know, it's a sad day when society has changed so much that kids are talking about how their moms can beat each other up instead of talking about their dads."

The two children then went over to their mothers and continued arguing about which mom could beat up which. Finally, Teresa -- a former streetfighter who had a history of fighting other women and was slightly versed in amateur wrestling, said, "Heck, why don't we just wrestle it out in the park and get these kids to calm down? It'll be good exercise anyway!" Janet paused, at first surprised at the suggestion. But the athletic and very fit Hispanic woman who was in good shape due to her participation in racquetball, said, "Hey, why not?"

I was already pretty revved up after watching Janet beat my Teresa in armwrestling easily and then almost effortlessly flip her over in leg wrestling. So, this challenge and acceptance enlivened my libido and set my heart pounding to an even greater extent. I couldn't believe my luck and thought that this would truly be one of the happiest days of my life!

Even after Janet flipped Teresa, I could tell her two losses to Janet in front of me had somewhat embarrassed

Teresa and she would be anxious to somehow prove she wasn't "second rate" when compared with Janet if given another chance. But who would have thought that she would get her chance in a wrestling match!? Obviously, Teresa felt the fact that she had lost two straight strength contests to Janet damaged her reputation in my eyes so she was obviously trying to get one more shot at Janet to prove she was indeed the stronger woman and regain her reputation.

Of course, Janet accepted because she certainly believed that she was stronger than Teresa on the basis of her armwrestling and leg wrestling wins and felt if she could beat Teresa in those, why not in wrestling! Plus, just looking at the two women, it was obvious that Janet was in much better shape than Teresa. Teresa had some body fat on her, but Janet was really lean.

Thus, Janet was in great shape and Teresa was an experienced streetfighter, not afraid to tangle. This gave both women reason to be confident of victory. It would be Teresa's fighting experience and strength vs. Janet's superior fitness and stamina in this little wrestling showdown!

Teresa told me she had picked up some basic wrestling holds like the headlock and full nelson and some other moves by watching her high school boys wrestling team as a cheerleader, so I thought that would give Teresa another edge. And, looking at the fit Janet, I knew she'd need every advantage possible to overcome Janet, no matter how tough and experienced in fighting she was.

Teresa was wearing a beige harness top and red shorts while Janet was wearing a white sleeveless T-shirt and black shorts. The two began to walk to a grassy area near the volleyball net in the park, kind of secluded from everyone except me (Teresa asked me to referee -- allright!) to have their match!

I couldn't help but feel that this challenge Teresa made was all for my benefit -- both to prove that she was better than Janet after two defeats and also to excite me even more as I'd be watching my pretty girlfriend go at it against a gorgeous model. She knew how to push my buttons and I was certainly happy she was doing it. A look at my groin area was all she needed to know what she was trying to do was more than succeeding. She saw that fact and then looked at me, giving me a sweet wink and a knowing smile.

The two gorgeous women got to the agreed upon area, faced one another, and then began to wrestle! What a rush! I couldn't believe what I was seeing!

The two women both got each other in headlocks and fell to the ground with grunts, retaining their holds. Teresa then used her experience in wrestling to slowly gain the leverage over Janet in the battle of headlocks and at first I thought that's how it would end, with Teresa wearing Janet down in the headlock and ultimately either pinning her or gaining a submission. Teresa had sketched a lot of pictures for me where she had fights that started with her gaining the advantage with a headlock and then ending it with a schoolgirl pin and that's what it looked like would happen here!

Teresa worked Janet in that headlock and was just about to gain even more leverage and possibly even get her to either give up or pin her when sudenly Janet slipped out of the headlock, sat on Teresa's back and, before Teresa could reach back and grab her by the hair, corralled one leg each of Teresa's in her arms around Teresa's calves! She leaned back and then stood, catching Teresa in a Boston Crab!

My gosh, I could hardly believe what I was seeing! There was Teresa, laying on the right side of her face on the ground with her eyes closed and her mouth open, wincing in pain as Janet bent her back! I remember imagining how surprised and shocked Teresa must be to be caught in a submission hold like this and how her pride was probably doing everything it could to keep her from submitting in front of me to another woman in a fair fight. I'm sure she had never been caught in a hold like this before and I knew that her strong back -- something she often boasted to me about -- was probably getting a pretty thorough going over at this point!

I asked Teresa continually if she wished to submit. I was really enjoying the fight but didn't want her to get hurt and secretly hoped that she would submit -- not only so Teresa wouldn't be hurt anymore but the memory of Teresa giving up to Janet via a Boston Crab would live on with me forever! But Teresa said nothing in response to my question as her face remained etched in pain. Teresa's pride and her strong back were doing their best to fight Janet -- as well as battle the humilation she knew she would suffer in front of me and some of the others at the picnic who wandered over to watch if she gave up.

Teresa always spoke with pride about her victorious fights with other women and told me how she was "strong for a woman" and how she beat up her fellow female classmates after school, as well as how she would actually go to other schools and look to fight other girls after classes were over. She told me she had never lost a fight, but now unless she could somehow slip away from Janet's surprisingly painful hold on her, that streak would end!

Janet stumbled a bit as Teresa frantically struggled in desperation to get away. Janet, trying to keep herself steady, stumbled back a few steps to regain her balance and Teresa let out a short, audible groan/moan as Janet's move backward put even more pressure on Teresa's spine! The audible groan surprised and alarmed me. I knew Teresa was in trouble, but now I realized how much difficulty she was really in! And I certainly didn't want my Teresa to get seriously hurt -- especially after all she was obviously doing for me to arrange this match -- so once again I asked her to submit but once again she said nothing. Teresa was ignoring my requests for her submission, obviously doing everything in her power to somehow resist the pain and survive this predicament!

Janet retained the Boston Crab for several seconds when suddenly either Teresa freed her left leg or Janet let it go on purpose -- to this day, I'm not sure which. When Teresa's left leg fell to the ground, I thought at first that the right leg might soon follow and Teresa's pride and reputation as a great female fighter would remain intact. However, Janet simply moved her other arm over to secure her grasp on Teresa's right leg, turning it into an even more secure half Boston Crab. Teresa was trying to twist and turn on her chest to wriggle that other leg away, but it just wasn't working. Janet held onto that half Boston Crab and if you were face to face with Janet, you could see the determination on her face to hold onto the hold and break Teresa's fighting spirit down in hopes of getting her to give up! Besides that, you could also get a real good look at Teresa's right thigh that was real visible in the hold Janet was applying!

Eventually, after several requests for submission, the pain in her back overcame Teresa's will to fight and to resist the agony, thanks to the superior strength and surprising tenacity of Janet. Teresa, with a mixture of pain and aggravation in her voice, swallowed her pride and half sobbed, "Awright awright!"

Janet released her and Teresa lay on her stomach, remaining there for several seconds before slowly getting to her knees and then standing up.

"Wow, where'd you learn that hold?" I asked Janet. "I watch a little pro wrestling with my daughter every once in a while," she said. "That and the hold was just natually there. Oh, I hope I didn't hurt your girl too badly."

Teresa was holding her back and frowning. Her face was all red and you could tell that she was mad -- perhaps out of sheer embarrassment because she was unable to beat Janet again or perhaps because Janet hurt her, who knows. But the fact remained that Janet proved three times that she was stronger than Teresa and that alone did more harm to Teresa's ego than any Boston crab or half crab could ever do.
