It's been a long time since our last competition. The demand has been great for another such great event and so, we're announcing the 4th Femfight Story Writing Competition. Many of the fans enjoy the great stories in the Stories Section of this site, stories written by so many talented writers. The styles vary, the themes vary and their abilities vary. But say what you want, they do posses a talent many people appreciate. This is one of the reasons we throw on a writing competition, to encourage others to pick up pen to paper (in an electronic way of course) and flex their imagination. And then, we let the readers decide who's story is the best. The winning writer walks away with prizes, the fans walk away with more stories to read. We all win.

We used to run the first competition for the 'bragging rights" of being voted having the best story, voted by our peers and like minded fans. But bragging right, however good that might be, pales compared to the prizes offered by some of the industries leading producers and websites. Video tapes, memberships, t-shirts and much more made it to the prize table in recent events. We've already have commitments by several of the top companies and some new ones as well for prizes, so this should prove very interesting.

Ok, now the rules. You have to have rules to even out the playing field. In the past competition these rules us served well. Once again, we're going to concentrate on the story and the writer's ability to convey that story to the reader.

1. MUST be an original story, not a rewrite of your old story, or someone else's story. This competition is after all an attempt to foster new material and encourage new writers to step forth and take the plunge.
   
   
2. It will be a FREE FOR ALL. In short, any fighting style is open, be it catfighting, wrestling, boxing or sex fighting. Pay regards to rule #1 for compliance.
   
   
3. It will be a Fem vs Fem match (one vs one).
   
   
4. Nudity, sex fighting or any other aspect of femfighting is up to the writer to decide. It is after all, a free for all. (note: There will NO reference of rape or sexual violence
   
   
5. There must be a definite ending to the story. Double outs, humiliation, domination or down right nastiness is all open to the writer's choice.
   
   
6. Winners will be determined by popular vote where visitors can vote only once through IP tracing. (so a writer can't sit there all night and click 20,000 of his own votes in =)
   
   
7. Everyone must have fun writing and reading the new stories!

If you have ANY questions at all about the rules, email me BEFORE sending in your story. Please don't ask me if you should write this way or that way but ask if this or that is allowed or not.

1. All submissions shall have a title
   
   
2. All Submissions shall have the author's pen name under the title of the story. I need to be able to cross reference who the writer is compared to his/her email address to avoid confusion.
   
   
3. All entries shall be submitted via the author's true email address. Stories submitted via free accounts (hotmail/yahoo etc) cannot be accepted but these addresses can be used for public contact email address. Author's email addresses will be kept protected. (We need to contact you directly if you are a winner). Writers will have to provide their real names in order to be able to collect their prizes. Their identities shall be kept in the strictest of confidence. Your privacy is as important to me as it is to you. Contact me for special details concerning this.
   
   
4. All stories shall be submitted in MS Word format, plain text and plain background (no colours or fancy frills on the page. You may not include photos to your stories).
    
5. All stories must be attached to the email as a ZIP file. Submissions not following this important rule will most likely not be seen due to the proliferation of virus online via emails, this is a safety precaution. If you don't know how to ZIP a file to attach to an email, ask a friend. Sorry, but after certain people lack of understanding on how viruses spread, we've all had to take special precautions against viruses.
    

All entries must be submitted to me directly at seaking@eastlink.ca NO LATER THAN 15 DEC 02 at which date all stories get posted at the same time a few days later. Voting will be open by then and fans will have until 12 Jan 03 to read and vote for their favourite stories. The results will then be tallied and posted to the website around 15 Jan 03. (dates approx due to holidays)
